How to Make an Attractive City
If you want to see what a society really believes in, look at what the biggest buildings on the horizon are dedicated to.
The biggest, most prominent things tell us about the actual, rather than the admitted priorities of a city. We focus on who owns land, but we don't think about who owns space, who has 'air' rights.
